At ground level, our plant has a hand cutting line, filleting machine, trimming line, trimming station, refrigeration unit, inspection and grading stations, packaging and loading docks, traffic office, and more.
Directly across the harbor from Logan Airport and only minutes away from the Big Dig network, we have a fleet of new, refrigerated vehicles to deliver our products quickly to customers.
